Brookville was established in 1971 with only 6 mobile homes, and has grown into a 49-acre park with 112 mobile homes and 21 apartments. Apartments are 1 bedroom, and the estate includes 7 double-wide mobile homes.

All of our homes are heated either by electrical or propane systems, and 12 of the homes have a wood burning stove.

The lake around the homes gives the community a peaceful aura. Residents enjoy feeling like they are living in nature while still being very close and accessible to the highway. The I-70 is within 1/2 a mile from the park but feels miles away compared to the tranquility of the mobile home park. 

There is a playground in the center of the park which children love to play in and people can always be found walking their dogs. 

We value safety. Sidewalks can be found throughout the park and all electrical lines are underground.

The park has its own water system well that ensures fresh running water for everyone living in the area. Trash is picked up weekly to ensure the park stays fresh and clean. 

If you walk around the park, you’ll have walked 1 mile. There is a walkway around the lake for residents to relax and fish. 

Brookville local school district was recently voted one of the top 50 public school systems in the entire state of Ohio.
